After a few scares in the past, it’s great to know that I’m can’t lose him!
at's fine considering my phone signal is poor in a rural area.
Customer service has been quick to reply with helpful answers.
When I was having difficulty getting my phone's Bluetooth to sync with the pods, they offered to call me to troubleshoot.
It seems like it got “stuck” in the setup process, meaning I didn’t have access to all features and couldn’t update the firmware.
I was able to contact the Support team via a chat feature within the app, and in a couple of hours I had a reply explaining what I needed to do in order to allow my pod to reboot itself.
We can go out on adventures and track those outings for future reference.
And, I can easily locate the pups at any time whether out on a stroll or just chillin' inside the house just by pushing the locate button.
It sounds like they have some pretty cool devices that they are working on for the future as well so I'll definitely be a repeat customer:) it has everything I required to keep little Paco safe.
The app is set up nicely, has an easy user interface, and is pretty intuitive.
I can set parameters for my dog's activities during the day and check on their progress towards those goals at any time.
It comes with two batteries, a charger and it notifies you when it's time to change it's battery which means the tracker is always working, there is no downtime.
It's small, lightweight and Paco doesn't even know he has it on.
